Shipping Methods We ship via standard international carriers. Delivery options are shown at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated Delivery Times - United States & Canada: 10–20 business days - United Kingdom & Europe: 10–20 business days - Australia & New Zealand: 12–25 business days - Rest of World: 15–30 business days Tracking Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update. Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping price. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
