- We do not sell synthetic, imitation or dyed material at any price point, wholesale included. If a buyer needs a lower cost of goods, the honest lever is stone type and bead size, not substitution.
- We do not publish a wholesale price list or minimum. Not because the answer is a secret, but because quoting one number for a 20-piece boutique order and a 2,000-piece chain order produces a figure that misleads one of them.
- We do not claim health outcomes. Our product copy separates mineralogical fact from traditional association, with the association labelled as tradition. If your market requires health claims in the listing copy, our material will not give you that.

Every product page on this site states its stone variety, the mineral it actually is, its hardness, its bead size, its origin, and its specific care requirements — and the same facts are held against each product on our side. Buyers who need to describe a piece accurately for their own customers can work from those specifications rather than from marketing copy.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes, quoted per enquiry rather than from a published list. Send the details listed above — what you want, quantity, destination, timeline and your target retail price — and you will get specific terms. We do not publish a single minimum because the right figure differs substantially between a small boutique order and a large chain order.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We do not publish one, for the reason above. State your intended quantity and we will tell you plainly whether it is workable for us and what it would cost. If it is not, we will say so rather than quoting a number that only makes sense at ten times the volume.
Can you put my own label or packaging on the pieces?
Tell us what you have in mind — label, box, card, insert — and we will give you an honest yes or no against your quantity and deadline rather than a general answer. Branding requests are assessed per enquiry because what is feasible at one volume is not at another.
Can I order samples before committing?
Ask, and we will quote it as part of your enquiry. Sampling terms depend on quantity and destination, so they are handled in the same reply as the pricing rather than stated separately here.
Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?
Orders ship from China. Our published retail fulfilment windows are 1–3 business days to process and 10–30 business days in transit depending on destination, and the full breakdown is on the Shipping Policy. Bulk orders are quoted separately because freight at volume is a different calculation from a single parcel.
Are the stones genuinely natural?
Yes. Every stone is natural and none is dyed or coated. Where the trade routinely treats a material — heat-treated citrine and amethyst, stabilised turquoise, for example — the product page discloses it. Our position is that treated stone is still real stone, and the obligation is disclosure, not the pretence that treatment does not exist. The Material & Treatment Guide defines each term.
Do you supply the crystal meanings and property text for listings?
We do not supply copy. What we hold — and state publicly on every product page — is the factual specification: stone variety, mineral, hardness, bead size, origin and care. We deliberately describe traditional associations as tradition rather than as fact, which is a distinction worth preserving in your own listings too.
