This strand is made from natural rose quartz in the pale, slightly milky pink the stone is known for, with a 925 sterling silver bead worked into the pattern and a small gold-tone accent stone. The mix of metals is deliberate: it lets the bracelet sit alongside either a silver or a gold watch.

What you receive

  • Stone: Natural rose quartz

  • Bead size: 8 mm
  • Length: Approx. 17 cm (6.7 in), elastic

About rose quartz

Rose quartz is a pink variety of quartz, coloured by trace amounts of titanium, iron or manganese. It is one of the most common minerals in the quartz family and measures 7 on the Mohs scale.

Fit and sizing

Strung on elastic at roughly 17 cm (6.7 in) unstretched, which suits most wrists. The elastic core means no clasp and no fiddling one-handed. If you prefer a looser or tighter fit, tell us your wrist measurement before ordering.

Care

Rose quartz fades slowly with prolonged sun exposure, so store it out of direct light. Clean with a soft damp cloth and dry immediately. The sterling silver bead will patina with wear — a silver polishing cloth brings back the shine without harming the stone.

Shipping and returns

Free shipping on orders over $70. 30-day returns on unworn pieces in original packaging.

Common questions

Is the rose quartz natural or dyed?

The pink in rose quartz comes from trace amounts of titanium, iron or manganese in the crystal structure, not from dye, and the colour is stable in the stone. Rose quartz is rarely dyed because dye does not take evenly and shows as pooling inside fractures. If treatment status matters for your order, email us and we will confirm for the batch in stock.

Why is the pink so pale?

Deeply saturated rose quartz is rare and is usually cut as faceted gem material rather than beads. Bead-grade rose quartz is milky and pale by nature; a strand that is strongly pink, opaque and cheap is usually dyed.

Will the silver bead tarnish?

Sterling silver darkens when it reacts with sulphur in air, perfume or sweat. The bead here is solid 925 sterling, not plated, so the silver runs all the way through and a polishing cloth brings it back.

Will it fit my wrist?

The strand measures about 17 cm (6.7 in) unstretched on 8 mm beads, which suits wrists from roughly 14 to 18 cm. There is no clasp — the elastic core lets it roll on over the hand.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days from our Shenzhen studio. Standard delivery to the US takes 10–20 business days and costs $8; shipping is free on orders over $70. Express delivery is $15. A tracking number is emailed once the parcel is handed to the carrier.

About this piece

What exactly is this piece made from?

Natural gemstone. Every piece is inspected by hand before it ships. Treatments that are standard in the trade — heat-treated amethyst sold as citrine is the classic example — are explained in our material & treatment guide.

What should I know before ordering?

Each piece is assembled from natural stone, so colour, pattern and exact dimensions vary slightly from the photographs. The specification table above lists what is measured for this piece.

Can I wear it every day, or in water?

The stone itself is not harmed by a splash, but removing it before showering, swimming, sauna or the gym is the single easiest way to make it last. Chlorine and salt water attack elastic over time, and repeated flexing is what eventually wears any cord out.

How should I care for it?

Roll it on rather than stretching it over your hand, wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wearing, and keep it away from perfume and chlorine. Store it flat in the pouch provided, out of direct sun. See our crystal care guide.
