Three stones, three hardness values, one strand. Silver obsidian gives the dark base with a metallic sheen across the surface, aquamarine brings the pale blue, and blue-grey hawks eye adds a narrow band of reflected light. They are spaced rather than clustered, which is how a mixed bracelet should be strung if you want the softer beads to survive daily wear.

What you receive

  • Stones: Silver obsidian, aquamarine, hawks eye
  • Bracelet type: Single loop, elastic, no clasp
  • Fit: Approx. 15-18 cm (5.9-7.1 in) wrist
  • Hardness: 5 (obsidian) to 7.5-8 (aquamarine)

About the three stones

This is a mixed-stone bracelet, so the beads differ in hardness as well as colour. That matters more than it sounds: a quartz bead at 7 will slowly scratch a softer bead at 3.5 if they rub together over months, which is why mixed bracelets are strung with the harder stones spaced rather than clustered.

Fit and sizing

It is a single loop, elastic bracelet on elastic with no clasp, and fits approx. 15-18 cm (5.9-7.1 in) wrist. Because the core is elastic it rolls on over the hand, so there is nothing to fasten one-handed. If you need a specific length, message us before ordering and we will tell you what is in stock.

Care

Treat the bracelet by its softest stone. Wipe with a soft dry cloth rather than soaking it, keep it away from perfume and chlorinated water, and store it flat so the elastic does not stretch.

Shipping and returns

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days from our Shenzhen studio. Standard delivery to the US takes 10-20 business days and costs $8; shipping is free on orders over $70. Express delivery is $15. A tracking number is emailed once the parcel is handed to the carrier. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unworn pieces in their original packaging.

Common questions

Which stone is the softest here?

Obsidian, at about 5 to 5.5 on the Mohs scale, followed by hawks eye at 7 and aquamarine at 7.5 to 8. That is why the strand mixes them rather than grouping them: the harder beads are less likely to grind against the softer ones.

Is the silver sheen a coating?

No. Silver obsidian is volcanic glass with microscopic mineral inclusions that reflect light in a sheet rather than a single point. The sheen is inside the glass; nothing is plated onto the bead.

How does the bracelet fit?

Single loop on elastic, approximately 15-18 cm (5.9-7.1 in). It rolls on without a clasp, so there is nothing to fasten one-handed.

How should I clean a mixed bracelet?

Wipe with a soft dry cloth and treat it by its softest stone: no soaking, no ultrasonic cleaning, and keep perfume and hairspray off the beads.

About this piece

What exactly is this piece made from?

Natural gemstone. Every piece is inspected by hand before it ships. Treatments that are standard in the trade — heat-treated amethyst sold as citrine is the classic example — are explained in our material & treatment guide.

What should I know before ordering?

Each piece is assembled from natural stone, so colour, pattern and exact dimensions vary slightly from the photographs. The specification table above lists what is measured for this piece.

Can I wear it every day, or in water?

The stone itself is not harmed by a splash, but removing it before showering, swimming, sauna or the gym is the single easiest way to make it last. Chlorine and salt water attack elastic over time, and repeated flexing is what eventually wears any cord out.

How should I care for it?

Roll it on rather than stretching it over your hand, wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wearing, and keep it away from perfume and chlorine. Store it flat in the pouch provided, out of direct sun. See our crystal care guide.

Crystal meanings described on this page come from tradition, not from medicine. Nothing here is medical advice.
