Xiuyan Jade Bracelets

Xiuyan jade from Liaoning Province is serpentine, not nephrite — the name is a local trade name rather than a mineral class. It is softer than either jadeite or nephrite at 2.5–5.5 on the Mohs scale, which is why care notes matter here.
