Refund Policy

At Vincryst, we want you to love your crystals. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Our full return process is covered in the Return & Refund Policy; the essentials are summarized below.

When Refunds Apply

  • Items received damaged, defective, or significantly different from the listing.
  • Orders cancelled before shipment.
  • Approved returns received in original, unused condition.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we issue the refund within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it to your account.

Refund Method

Refunds are returned to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or other method used at checkout). We cannot issue refunds to a different account.

What Is Not Refunded

  • Original shipping fees (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items, unless defective.
  • Items worn, used, or altered after delivery.

How to Start

Email support@vincryst.com with your order number and a photo if the item is damaged. We'll guide you through the return and process the refund once approved.
