Birthstones
One stone for the month you were born. The modern birthstone list runs from January garnet to December turquoise, and everything here is grouped by month so you can find yours in one step.
Two things are worth knowing before you choose. The twelve-month list was standardised in 1912, and older traditions assign different stones — June alone has three accepted answers. And we list only what we actually carry: where a month is missing, we say so on the Birthstones guide rather than substituting something else and hoping you will not notice.

- February — amethyst
- March — aquamarine
- April — clear quartz, the traditional stand-in for diamond
- May — green aventurine and chrysoprase, the affordable emerald alternatives
- June — moonstone, one of three accepted June stones
- July — carnelian, the traditional alternative to ruby
- September — lapis lazuli, the traditional September stone
- October — pink and rainbow tourmaline
- November — citrine, the traditional alternative to topaz
- December — turquoise
Not in this collection: August. We do not stock peridot, and we would rather leave the month empty than fill it with a stone that is not peridot. If you want a green August piece, the Birthstones guide suggests the closest options we do carry.
